For those who want to support the life of the Texas Frontier Heritage & Cultural Center™ Through more than an occasional visit to the Buffalo Gap Historic village, there are many options:



PARTICIPATION

The easiest way to take advantage of our offerings is to get on our mailing list, so that we can email you news of the latest happenings at the Village as well as special promotions such as book sales. Simply fill out the form below:

MEMBERSHIP

If you or your family want to visit the Village more than once a year to participate in our growing list of special events and programs, consider this option. Membership in the Texas Frontier Heritage & Cultural Center™ not only gives you various visiting privileges, it is also a means of providing financial support for our activities.



VOLUNTEER SERVICE

You don’t have to give money if you want to be part of the action at the Village. We can always use your time and energy!

MAKE A DONATION

The Grady McWhiney Research Foundation, which runs the Texas Frontier Heritage & Cultural Center™, is a non-profit organization. It costs money to maintain the buildings of the Buffalo Gap Historic Village and to pay staff salaries. It costs money for the State House Press to edit and publish its books. More money is necessary to finance the long term renovations that will assure the Village of a viable future. Some of these expenses, of course, are covered by the cost of admission to the Village grounds or through the purchase price of our books. Most of our operating expenses, though,are met by a small but growing endowment and donations from people and groups who support our mission. If you are one of those people, you can help the Foundation achieve its goals by making an online contribution:
